Our 8-Week Challenge is designed by our Weight Loss Specialist and Personal Trainer who ensures we provide critical tools you need in achieving your weight loss goals.  These include exercise programs designed for weight loss, understanding of evidence-based nutritional guidelines for weight loss, recommendation on food intake modifications for weight management and workout plans designed to work your body in completely different ways to avoid or break plateaus.  All these ultimately HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF!

 

For those of you who are well into your fitness journey, our 10-Week Challenge is a great way to fast-track your progress.  Meanwhile, for those of you who are novices, it is a great way to kick start a healthy lifestyle and form habits out of this lifestyle.

The ENTRY FEE is $90 which entitles challengers to:

  • Body Composition Analysis (Before, Halfway, End)
  • 7-Day Meal Plan
  • Meal Plan or Macronutrient profile
  • Food Accountability Diary
  • Information Seminars
  • Support Group
  • Entry to Awards Ceremony

 

The PRIZE for the winner is 1 months’ worth of FREE personal training sessions plus much more.  There will also be prizes for the 2nd and 3rd place winners.

 

One of the most important factors in long term health and fitness success is having a support system.  Fitness buddies provide a powerful combination of support, accountability, camaraderie and motivation.  Studies have shown that working as a team has a positive influence on your health and fitness journey.  With this in mind, we are assigning challengers to teams to help achieve your goals during the program.

 

There will be a PRIZE for the team that EARNS the MOST POINTS during the challenge.

 

The following benefits automatically apply when Vital Health and Fitness clients join the 8-Week Challenge MEMBERS EDITION.

  1. Members currently signed up to 2 Semi-Private or One-on-One Personal Training sessions per week get 2 FREE Fitness Classes per week;
  2. Members currently signed up to 1 Semi-Private or One-on-One Personal Training session per week can add 1 Fitness Class for an additional fee of only $10 per week and automatically get 1 FREE Fitness Class per week.

 

For the duration of the 8-Week Challenge, challengers can vary the Fitness Class they attend each week as long as they keep it to the number of Fitness Classes they have access to.
